Ross Castle welcomes you to visit and stay for the 10th running of the 2008-2009 Volvo Ocean Race. Galway City will be hosting this premier yachting event after the fleet completes its high-speed cross Atlantic dash from Boston. A quarter of a million people are expected to join us for the pro-am events in the Bay, in-port racing, music, food and celebration!
